March is the construction manager for Bridge Point Warehouse in Edison, NJ.
It is a Class A, 124,560-square-foot industrial facility designed specifically for last-mile delivery tenants. The industrial market as a whole is seeing strong demand for space with good highway connectivity and accessibility.
Bridge Point is being built on the former location of a processing plant located at 150 Whitman Ave. The property will feature 36-foot ceilings, 23 truck docking doors, five trailer positions, 62 spots for parking and one drive-in ramp.
